Project presentation
The VirTech project provides training, guidance and assistance in the deployment and application of XR technology. The project supports the introduction of virtual technology-based operating models for companies in various fields in Northern Savonia. Operating models create new alternative ways, e.g. orientation, marketing and process control using virtual technologies.
The project is being implemented in cooperation with companies in various fields. The goal is to help companies adopt virtual technology solutions. The experience gained during the project will be used to develop non-profit models that any company can apply to develop its own operations. A large part of the project’s activities are open and free trainings for everyone during the project.
The project is funded by the South Savo Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. The implementation period of the project is 1.10.2021-31.8.2023. The project is implemented by Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
